He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Nellie Devanzo Hladio, Sr.; and his sister Catherine A. Hladio. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hladio (Spolarich); his son Matthew R. Hladio of Ambridge; his brother Dr. Michael Hladio, Jr. (Julianne) of Bridgeville; his niece Dr. Nicole Hladio; his nephews, Michael Hladio (Jocelyn) of Bethel Park and Jeffrey Hladio of McMurray; his brother-in-law Greg Spolarich of Aliquippa; and his pet Rocky.

Due to Covid-19 health restrictions, only 10 people are permitted in the funeral home. Masks are required and social distancing must be practiced.
