He is survived by: his children, Scott Slipko, David (Michele Slipko), Kristina (Mark Takac) and Jennifer (Jim Hinchman); his grandchildren, Owen, Shane, Anna, Carter, Leyton, Alex, Morgan, Mia and Maura; his brothers, Steve (Mary Slipko), British Columbia and John (Phan Slipko); and his friend Andrea.
