He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ray (Moore); his children, Tanya Hilliard (Matthew) of Center Twp and Richard Ray, Jr. (Linda) of California; his grandchildren, Joseph and Isabella Ray; and his brother Ron Ray of Bessemer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
