He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Montellanico and Claudette Y. Payne Montellanico. He is survived by: his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Laura Montellanico; his niece Brittnie; his great-niece Brielle Kilbane; and his great-nephew Owen Kilbane.
