She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Gulish and Irene Gulish (Walko) of Harmony Township; and her brother Bob Gulish. She is survived by: her husband Rick Antolic; her children, Michael Antolic (Kathryn) of Gouldsboro, Rick T. Antolic of Pittsburgh and Amie Zeli (Lance) of Canonsburg; her grandchildren, Katherine (Brody) of Peter's Township, Lance C. of Canonsburg, Evan, Guerin and Natalie of Gouldsboro; and her brother John Gulish of Aliquippa.

Patty had a memory that was unflinching and always reliable - until Alzheimer's disease slowly took that away from her.
