She was predeceased by: her parents, John Scruggs and Minister Emma Scruggs; and her siblings, Johnetta, Peter Scruggs and Jerome Betha.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Scruggs (Paulene) of Beaver Falls; her siblings, Christine Scruggs of Chandler, AZ, Paul Scruggs of Aliquippa, PA and Lanise Adams (Edwin) of Chandler, AZ; her nieces and nephews, Turkessa Carter of New Brighton, PA, Tomarr Warr of Chandler, AZ, Jerome and Stephen Betha of Dallas, TX; and her adoptive daughter Brittany Collier.
