She was predeceased by: her father John Plesh; her husband William Barlek; and her siblings, John Plesh, Lewis Plesh and Anne Locke.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Barlek (Brenda) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Joyce Miazgowicz (Jeff) of Crescent and Sally Work (Dan) of Hopewell Twp; her grandchildren, Chelsea Szczepanski (Adam), Mark Barlek (Leslie), Alexis Thibo (Eric), Carley Faust (Chuck), Scott Barlek and Chloe Quimby (Brandon); and her brother James Plesh of Bonita Springs, FL.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
