She was predeceased by: her parents, Hafazalla Rafla Hafazalla and Laila Tawfek Abdelmalek; and her son Dr. John Moussa. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Samir Moussa; her daughter Monica Walaan (Michael); her grandsons, Gabriel and Noah Walaan; and her sisters, Suzan Rafla and Violet Rafla. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church (995 Melrose Ave, Ambridge, PA 15003).
