He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Booker Sr. and Gertrude Anderson; and his siblings, Rolanda Booker, Jeffrey Booker, William Anderson Jr. and Sandy Anderson.
He is survived by: his stepfather William Anderson; his sons, Kelly Booker III (Jasmine), Joshua Jackson, Jordan Booker and Philip Hall; his grandchildren, Kelly, Kyler, Jay, Mere, ZaRee Booker, Cali, Kingston Jackson and William Vogel; his siblings, Harriet McCray (Art), Brenda Booker, Belinda Howard, Sheilah Pope (Sheppard), Shawnie Moon (Elzie), Shanae Anderson, Larry Anderson (Patricia), David Anderson and Eric Anderson; and his cousins, Flora Montgomery, Cheryl, Dave Wilson, Wesley King, Spencer Samuel and Allan Smith (Grip). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
