She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Yankulic and Mary Yankulic; and her husband Mike Petula. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Petula (Nancy) and Larry Petula (Janet); her grandchildren, Traci, Michael, Gwendolyn and Alyssa; her caregiver Fred Cook; and her friend Lucy Mouradian. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
