With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Semenko (Ambridge, Pennsylvania), born in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 15, 2019 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter and Mary Semenko (Molchan); his son Michael; his sister Dorothy; his wife Kathryn; his granddaughters, Melissa Matrazzo (Jeffrey), Stephanie Lauffer (Kenneth) and Kristin Shay (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Nadine, Tessa Lauffer and Lily Matrazzo; his sister MaryLou Ostroski (Jack); and his daughter-in-law Sharon. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and many loyal friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to his home church St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, Mcguire Memorial Home (2119 Mercer Rd, New Brighton 15066), Good Samaritan Hospice Heritage Valley Beaver Unit (1000 Dutch Ridge Rd 4th floor, Beaver, PA 15009), or a church of your choice.
