John Kubia III Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Kubia III of Ambridge, Pennsylvania, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Catherine Kubia, Jr. of Ambridge, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Kubia; his children, John Kubia, IV (Beth) of Hanceville, Sandy Anthony (Charles) of Greenville and Brett Kubia (Leslie) of Troutman; his grandchildren, Mark Kubia of Ramsey Simmons, T. J, Tayte Anthony, Nate Kubia, Garrett Kubia, Maddox Kubia and Weston Kubia; his sister Anne Hetler (Hank) of Benicia; and his sisters-in-law, Lynn Ramsey of Monroe and Shirley Weaver of Titusville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He led these teams for 15 years until the pandemic of Covid-19 prevented him from doing so.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations should be made to the ministry of Pastor Jabulani Mudenda in Zimbabwe with whom John worked for many years. These donations can be sent to New Hope Baptist Church, 509 S. Main Street, Mauldin, SC, 29662, and the church will send any donations on to Pastor Mudenda.
