Smith of Ambridge, Pennsylvania, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Len; her husbands, Robert Sedlock and John Smith (Jack); and her daughter Deborah Maytic. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Sedlock of Baden; her grandchildren, Jennifer Capozzi of Baden, Sarah Kelt (Andriy) of Northern Cambria, PA and Robert Zakryzhevskyy (Mykhaylo) of Pittsburgh; her great grandchildren, Lacey, Joey Conwell and Emma Kelt; her cousin Joanne Pecorus of Moon Township; and her friend Ruth McDowell of South Heights.
