He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Laura Grant, Richard and Dorothy Cole; his uncles, Frankie Grant, John Gillin, Don Pamula and Daniel Doutt; and his aunt Cynthia Doutt.

He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Grant and April Grant (Carris); his close friend Emily Shafran; and his aunts and uncles, Larry Grant (Beverly), Tim Carris (Linda), Tracy Cole (Serie), Vi Jezovnik (Ben), Lorraine Grant, Mary Gillin, Laura Grant (Tom Lusty), Toni Mosholder (Tom), Brenda Pamula, Cindy Kolstee (Richard) and Elaine Lucas-Crandall. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Villa St Joseph of Baden, 1030 West State Street, Baden PA 15005 in memory of Jeremiah Grant.
