She is survived by: her husband Larry Sulkowski; her daughters, Joanna Cartia (George) of Toronto, OH and Agneska Certich (Tylor) of Economy Borough; her granddaughter Abigail Diane Certich; her brothers, Earl of Burgettstown, James of Burgettstown and Daniel Vos of Burgettstown; her father-in-law Theodore Sulkowski of Economy Borough; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas and Gina Sulkowski of Center Twp.
