She was predeceased by: her father Michael Evans; her husband James Andrus; and her brother John Evans. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Flannery (Kevin) of Ambridge and Tami Lawing (Jamie) of Wexford; her sisters, Ann Evans of Ambridge and Mary Jane Evans of Ambridge; and her siblings-in-law, Artie Andrus, William and Gayle Andrus. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
