He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold M. Sr. Travis and Gayle Travis; his brothers, Donald, Charles and James Travis; his sons, Scott Travis (Connie) and Richard M. Travis; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Joshua, Ren and April.
He is survived by: his brother Albert Travis.
The family has suggested memorial contributions be made, if desired to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
