He is survived by: his wife Roxeen Dare Riley Slappo; his son Gerald Wayne; his grandchildren, Jessica, Lily and Haden; and his siblings, Frances Ciamacco, Mary Rose Slezak, Betty Cipolla, Joanne Mattie, Harry Slappo and Richard Slappo.
