He is survived by: his son Craig Kocak of Media; his daughter-in-law Marisa Kocak of Media; his grandsons, Conrad Kocak, Dryden Kocak and Sawyer Kocak; his brother-in-law Bruce Bobick (Sally); and his nieces and nephews, Carol Narkevic, Donna Praskach (Dean), Richard Narkevic (Debbie), Chris Kocak (Michelle), Lisa Davidson (Blaine), David Kocak (Joann), Bridget James (David) and Bryna Bobick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church.
