It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Horniak (Ambridge, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Horniak and Anna Harida Horniak. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen (Bill Prest) and Jan (Sam Aloi). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
Due the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, only 25 people are permitted in the funeral home at a time which includes the immediate family.
