He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabino Spagnolo and Maria Spagnolo; his wife Evelyn Rose Spagnolo; and his siblings, Rudolpho Spagnolo and Clara DiFilippo.

He is survived by: his children, Michael (Renee Spagnolo), Harmony Twp, Rudy (Tammy Spagnolo), Florinda (James Zbrzezny), Regina (Larry Pringle) and Conway; and his sister Anna D'Angelo. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
