Ekaterini left this world on April 7, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dimitrios Papanikolau and Panagiota Papanikolau. She is survived by: her husband George Spiropoulos; her sons, Billy and Jimmy (Brittany); her grandchildren, Georgie, Sophia, Katerina and Christopher; her brother Yianni Papanikolau (Erini); her brother-in-law Chrysostomos Spiropoulos (Antonia); and her nieces, Peggy, Vasia and Anastasia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (2940 Beaver Rd, Ambridge, PA 15003).
