We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy M. (Clay) Rhawn of Ambridge, Pennsylvania, born in Gallitzin, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Clay and Ruth Clay; her husband George F. Rhawn; her children, Martin and Bernadette; and her siblings, Theresa, Rosella and Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Rhawn (MaryAnn), Phillips Rhawn (Karen Walker), Christopher Rhawn (Anita), Mary "Debbie" Ortiz and Linda Reinart (Tom); and her sisters, Ruth, Martha, Sylvia, Patty, Claudia, MaryAnn and Peggy. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation (547 8th St, Ambridge, PA 15003). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Luke/Good Sarmatian Church (725 Glenwood Ave, Ambridge, PA 15003).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dorothy's honor to Gallagher Hospice.
