He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, David Jr., Timothy (Judy) and Audrey Miller; and his siblings, Patricia Hincherick (Joe), Judy Smithmeyer (Dave) and Fred Kielbowick (Deb). He is also survived by his family, friends.
