She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip A. Perciavalle and Stephanie Batalik Perciavalle. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Doty (Brian Diamond); her grandson Daniel Zajac; and her siblings, Jake (Barbara Perciavalle), Conway, David Perciavalle of Nags Head, NC, Daniel Perciavalle, Crescent Twp, Carole (Dennis Baker) and Phyllis (Anton Pfeiffer). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
