It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Constantine D. Galitsis (Ambridge, Pennsylvania), born in Astoria, New York, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Athanasios Galitsis and Irene Taskos Galitsis. He is survived by: his wife Aphrodite Niaros Galitsis; his children, Dean (Tami Galitsis), James (Sara Galitsis), Pine Twp and Anastasia; his son-in-law Andre Maia; his grandchildren, Stana, Alex, Kosta, Aurelia and Annie Galitsis; his brother Dr. Anthony; his sister-in-law Athena Galitsis; his nephews, Athanasios Galitsis (Shana) of New York City, John Galitsis of New York City and Dimitri Niaros; and his niece Marissa Butter (Shawn).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in his memory.
