She is survived by: her husband Theodore Sulkowski; her sons, Larry Sulkowski (Janet) of Economy and Thomas Sulkowski (Gina) of Center Twp; and her grandchildren, Joanna Cartia (George) of Toronto, OH, Agneska Certich (Tylor) of Economy and Alexa Sulkowski of Center Twp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
