She was predeceased by: her parent John Dzurik; her daughter Sherri Lois; and her granddaughter Ashley Lois. She is survived by: her parent Agnes Dzurik; her husband John Jacob Cunnard; her children, John James Cunnard of Economy Borough and Jacqueline Nicole Cunnard of Ambridge; her grandson Alan Lois (Seana) of Zelienople; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Brionna and Kayleigh.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
