It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Yeong P. Hong of Ambler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Yeong may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cheol D. Hong and Jeong S. Hong (Ko). He is survived by: his spouse Sang Hong; his children, Kyeong Leven (Adam), Jeanah Hong and David Hong (Karim); his grandchildren, Jonah, Samson and Gabrielle; and his sister Kyong Suk Gonzales.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Korean Presbyterian Church (400 N Bethlehem Pike, Lower Gwynedd Township, PA 19002). Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
