He is survived by: his wife Antonietta Marino (Filigno); his daughters, Lucia Forte (Giuseppe), Gelsomina Cooke (Charles) and Giovanna Saylor (Frederick); his grandchildren, Antonio, Christina (Steven), Antonella (Brian), Michael (Jailene) and Gabriella; his great grandchild Olivia; and his sister Antonia.
