We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2022, at the age of 86, Lawrence E. Cottom Sr. of Ambler, Pennsylvania, born in Abington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Elwood Cottom; and his siblings, Johnny Cottom and Lydia Mae Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Violet H. Cottom (Scott); his children, Lawrence E. Cottom, Jr. (Linda), Jane Cottom, Ron Cottom, Gary Greene and Dean Cottom (Lorraine); his grandchildren, Ronnie, Alex, Deanco, Veda, Danielle, Vanessa, Shaunte, Allen, Aaron, Natalia, Natavia, Andrea, Amir and Aryanna; his great grandchildren, Eric, Marshaya, Ronnie III, Laila, Kiera, Natalia, Keenan, Morgan, Alayah, Aliyah and Brooklyn; his brothers, David Cottom (Eleanor) and Rev. Richard L. Cottom (Novella); and his goddaughter Asia Crowder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
