With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joseph W. Gormley Sr. of Ambler, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn M. Gormley (Smith); his parents, John Gormley and Katherine Gormley (O'Neill); and his son John C. Gormley. He is survived by: his children, Joseph W. Gormley, Jr., Robert G. Gormley, Mary Therese Goodfriend (Neal), Kathleen G. Gormley and Annmarie Jacobson (Joe); and his grandchildren, Steven, Kristen, Erin Goodfriend, Emma, Caitlyn and Jonathan Jacobson.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church-Ambler (16 S Spring Garden St, Ambler, PA 19002).
