He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell W. Shade and Elizabeth B. Shade; and his wife Laura-Ann Shade. He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Collins (Loren) of Berwick, PA and Linda Minsterman (Alan) of Livonia, MI.; his cousins, Beverly Redd (Randy) of Spring, TX and Frank Herron (Susan) of Jacobus, PA; his nephew William Collins (Emily) of Millville, PA.; and his nieces, Diana Busse of Fort Myers Fl and Sarah.
