She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Rocco and Angela Rocco; her son Robert J. Phipps; and her siblings, Frances, Tessie, Alberta, Jenny, Angie and Joseph.
She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Turner of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and her niece Rose Alicandro of Quakertown, PA. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
