He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul S. Vollrath and Geraldine Vollrath; and his brother Dan Vollrath. He is survived by: his wife Patricia G.; his children, Brent, Kristin (James Mittag), Dana Mignogna (Michael) and Todd; and his granddaughter Lillian Grace Mignogna.
