He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Price and Charles Price Sr.; his wife Marilyn; his children, Diana Covington Kile (Gregory) of Allentown, PA, Deborah Covington White of Conshohocken, PA, Charles Covington (Katherine) of Cherry Hill and Craig Covington (Mollie) of Doylestown, PA.; and his sister Carol Eckstein (Dana) of Ellicott City, Maryland.. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
