Catherine F. Wood Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine F. Wood of Ambler, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Stewart and Catherine Stewart (Hesson); her children, Bruce Fotis, Rickie Fotis and Dawn Fotis; and her sisters, Janet Thompson and Alice Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Frank J. Fotis of Alabama, Cathy A. Eder of Spring City and Robert L. Wood (Carla) of Colmar; her grandchildren, Heather Hunter, Cory Hunter, Zachary Eder, Bec Eder and Madelyn Wood; her sisters, Fran Beauchaine of Florida, Flo Sudore of Rochester, NY and Roe McDevitt (James) of Philadelphia; and her niece Traci McCabe of Feasterville. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Catherine's memory to the Cannoneers Sportsmen Club, 501 W. 5th Street, Lansdale, PA 19446.
