Harkins; his siblings, Ralph Harkins (Gwen), Jeanette Trefny (Scott) and Elizabeth Mercer (Richard); his children, Linda (Tommy), Lisa (Kevin), Todd (Kelly) and Jessica (Tyler); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Nicholas, Amanda, Jake, Brynn, Hailey and Alexandra.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wayside Chapel of Whitemarsh Memorial Park (1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Whitemarsh Memorial Park (1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002).
