He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Staggers and Mary Kuhn Staggers. He is survived by: his wife Anna Catherine Huffman Staggers; his grandsons, Logan Robbins (Sami) of Frederick and Braden Bloomquist of Plum; his sister Nancy Hunter (Ed Mikesell); his niece Susan Shuster (Jim) of Greensburg; his nephew David Hunter (Kim); his great-niece Marissa of Greensburg; and his great-nephew Mason of Greensburg. He is also survived by his family, friends.
