Pleasant, Theresa Surovchak (Paul) of Belle Vernon, James Bacorn of Alverton and Alan Bacorn of Champion; her grandchildren, Michael Surovchak (Tracee), Mark Surovchak, Susan LaMendola (Rich), David Surovchak (Andrea), Daniel Surovchak (Sarah), Ryan Bacorn, Megan and Patrick Bacorn; her great grandchildren, Ryan Bacorn, Emery Surovchak, Amelia, Sophia Surovchak, Susan LaMendola, Connor, Caleb LaMendola and Avery Surovchak; and her siblings, Anna H. Bugosh, John V. Bugosh, Verna Barber, Joseph E. Bugosh, Vincent R. Bugosh, Elizabeth Hobson, Irene J. Johnston, Bernard T. Bugosh, Carl Bugosh, Harold Bacorn and Spencer Johnston.
