He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Allison and Eva Allison (Harbaugh); his son Dean Allison; his son-in-law Larry Yarnell; and his siblings, Earl, Ernest, Clark, Landis, Jay, Mildred, Mae and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Allison (Weyant); his children, Diane Yarnell, Deborah (Timothy Young), Darryl (Amy Collier) and Dallas (Kathy Brown); his daughter-in-law Barbara Allison (Harr) of Alum Bank; his sister Lela (Leroy Ickes) of Bedford; his sisters-in-law, Joann Weyant of New Paris and Lois Allison (Martin) of Alum Bank; and his niece Shirley Cathers. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
