She was predeceased by: her parents, Jordan W. Fleegle and Estella Fleegle (Dull); her daughter Bonnie; her former husband Forrest Webb; her husband Andrew "Andy" Horvath; and her brothers, Frank and Don.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney (Gina Webb) of Wyoming and Raymond (Sharon Webb) of New Paris; her granddaughters, Alisha (Jason McDaniel) and Haley Webb; and her sisters, Junella Sell of Ohio and Sandra (Thomas Shaffer) of Schellsburg.
