He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Miller and Lura Marie Miller (Dull); his wife Lois C. Miller; his son Brian Keith; his grandson Maverick; and his siblings, Jimmy Miller and Diane.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Miller Jr. (Rick) of New Paris, Barbara D. Feather (Scott Brown) of Everett and Joel K. Miller of Alum Bank; his grandsons, Stephen Feather, Charles Feather, James Feather, Robert Feather and Bryan Feather; his great grandchildren, Becky Feather, Shane Feather, Scott Feather, Olivia Feather, Brayden Feather, Lincoln, Collin Feather and Raleigh; and his pet Bandit.
