Smith (Ickes); his daughter Randi Lynne Smith; his stepchildren, Danielle (Dave Dallara) and Chad (Candi Bowers); his grandchildren, Ethan, Chazz and Cemi; and his siblings, Wanda S. (Robert Holland), Yvonne L. (Clyde Gouker) and Jesse "Butch" D. Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
