He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lois Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Misti Pike (Sipes) and Joel Miller; his grandparents, Richard Miller, Penny and Jim McFadden; his uncle Rick Miller; his aunts, Barb Feather and Lacy Giffin; and his brothers, Alex and Nickolas Pike.
