He was predeceased by: his father James Rowzer of Fishertown; his parents-in-law, Jim and Jeanne Folk; and his sister-in-law Sandy. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Rowzer; his wife Mary; his daughters, Mindy (Graham Shadle) of Alum Bank, Sara Rowzer, Jamie Eichelberger of Alum Bank and Jessie (Kyle Hess) of Camp Hill; his grandchildren, Landyn, Jaelyn Pincin, Zeke, Jade and Laney Hess; his siblings, Jim Rowzer of Fishertown and Gale (Dave Fulton) of Bedford; and his nephews, Dave Fulton Jr. (Vanessa) and Dan Fulton (Lauren).
