He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. Keel and Darlene Keel (Benton); and his sister Kim Rose (Fred Rose) of Imler. He is survived by: his wife Donna Keel (Carson); his children, Donald Keel III (Kristi) and Janelle (Christopher Brumbaugh) of Martinsburg; his grandchildren, Kaydence, John, Donald IV and Hunter; and his sister Lorry (Richard Logue) of Bedford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held due to COVID.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for medical expenses.
