He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jane Hixson; his former spouse Mike Hamacek; his grandchildren, Jordan, Lydia Hamacek, Eli, Leah Miller, Ben, Alex and Parker Livingston; and his siblings, Jay (Patsy), Diane (Gene Otto) and Denise (Gary Kerr).
