He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Shawley and Inez Shawley (Brooks); and his son William Jacob Shawley. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Shawley (Morrow); and his children, Gretchen Hahn (Sam), Rachel Peck (Joe) and Benjamin Shawley (Amy). He is also survived by six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Bill to the Puzzletown Road Bible Church Missions Fund.
