He is survived by: his daughter Ann M. Cappetta (Michael) of Galena, OH; his grandchildren, Todd D. Ake of Altoona, Morgan Cappetta, Austin Cappetta and Hunter Ake (Cassandra Simpson); his great grandchild Henry Ake; and his sister Wilma J. Miller of Martinsburg.
